Rogue Valley Pain Fast Track Program works with you to make the scheduling process for your patient a priority. Providing close communication with all primary care and referring physicians.
We know time is valuable when your patient is in need of a quick turnaround for a prompt treatment or procedure. The Fast Track Program is for physician facilitation for patients who alternative non-surgical pain solutions and injury care. In most cases Fast Track patients can be seen for assessment and immediate injection at Rogue Valley Pain within two weeks of the referral.
Services:
- Initial consult/assessment can usually be scheduled within 2 weeks.
- We have staff members that are ready to help facilitate the referral process.
- Acute injury care for musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases such as MVA and Work Injuries.
- Chronic pain care for musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases.
- Conservative treatment including manipulation, physical medicine treatments and rehabilitation.
- Nerve block injections.
- Regenerative solutions such as prolotherapy, perineural injection therapy, PRP and other products.
- Case-by-case basis after initial consultation for conservative medical pain medication management for patient's that are nonopioid dependent or below 30 MME.
- Patient must be open to exploring alternative pain management solutions and titrating if needed.
